Volunteer Time Off Program

In an effort to positively impact local communities and enrich the lives of our team members, Flagship offers full-time associates the opportunity to participate in its “Give Back to the Community” program. Each Flagship team member can donate up to 16 hours, or two full days, of volunteer time to an organization we partner with. Flagship currently works with:

American Red Cross
Boys & Girls Club of America
Epilepsy Foundation
Feeding America
Habitat for Humanity
Homeward Bound
My Possibilities
Operation Gratitude
Ronald McDonald House

While Flagship is interested in helping organizations that align with our lending philosophy and assist others in life-changing circumstances, we welcome and encourage team members to submit suggestions for new volunteer partnerships, too!
