Meet Germaine!

Meet Germaine, Customer Service Supervisor II who has been with Flagship since August 2012. Germaine’s passion for customer service and strong communication skills have created a career at Flagship that provide her the chance to pursue her professional and personal joys.

In her own words:

I have been with Flagship for close to ten years. Customer service is something I value personally, and I very much enjoy the opportunity to help manage and inspire others to provide excellent service as well. It involves being a kind, courteous, and professional face for the Company, in addition to listening carefully to customer wants and concerns. Beyond listening, customer service is also about doing everything in one’s power to serve each customer efficiently and accurately.

In my role as the Customer Service Supervisor, I provide direction to the Customer Service department by assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of our staff. I started at Flagship as a Collections Specialist, eventually working my way up to Customer Service Representative, Team Lead, Customer Service Supervisor I, and am now a Customer Service Supervisor II. I feel my soft skills such as empathy, communication, and organization have guided me in my role to be where I am today.

When I first started at Flagship it was a small, family-oriented business with a great work environment. The same holds true today. Flagship has certainly grown since then, but coworkers and our leadership team do a great job of making you feel like you belong here. One of my favorite aspects of working at Flagship has been the opportunity to be a part of some wonderful volunteer opportunities through the Company’s VTO initiative.

Doing the right thing is not about me or you. It’s about doing what’s best for the Company, always.
