Meet Lateschia, Credit Analyst in the Chadds Ford office, who joined the Flagship team in September of 2016. Lateschia’s career growth, coupled with her leadership skills, have led her to a team that feels like family.
In her own words:
I am a Credit Analyst in the Chadds Ford office and have been with Flagship for almost five years. Within four months of starting my career with the Company, I was promoted within the Loan Servicing department. In June of 2018, I was promoted to Funding Analyst, and in February of 2019, I was promoted to Funding Supervisor. I have grown immensely in what feels like a short period of time – and I have no intent to stop anytime soon!
What I most enjoy when it comes to working at Flagship is the people. My co-workers make me look forward to coming to work each day. We laugh, we tell jokes, and we crack down to crush our goals. My team is phenomenal, and I very much enjoy our overall sense of humor, as well as the compassion we have for each other. It truly feels like a big family.
Bryan Boyd, Funding Manager in the Chadds Ford office, has been a major source of inspiration for me. He’s kind, patient, and firm. Bryan tells me the hard truths, which ultimately make me a better person and a better leader at Flagship. Throughout my career, I have learned that the truth is not always pleasant, but is always necessary in order to grow.
One of my favorite experiences here at Flagship was attending the National Sales Meeting a few years ago. It was very helpful to be able to put faces to names and to hear from the leaders of the Company alongside my fellow co-workers. It was highly productive and strengthened my work relationships!
The Flagship Core Value that represents me the most would be passion, the things I believe in that I will not let up on. When it comes to our goals, I am passionate, diligent and determined to do everything I can to get us there. I put my all into my career by fueling my passion behind every conversation and interaction I have. Even if I experience something negative or an outcome is not in my favor, I believe that doing the right thing is always necessary. We all know right from wrong, but the key is to continue down the correct path despite how we feel.
