Meet Tina, Regional Sales Manager who has been with Flagship since October of 2015. Tina’s professional experience is rooted in relationships.

In her own words:

I started working for Flagship almost seven years ago and am currently the Regional Sales Manager of the Northeast Region. When I started with Flagship, I was an Area Sales Manager, which has helped immensely in my current role. I am responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performance sales team to exceed performance metric goals. I analyze the activities of our Area Sales Managers, conduct reviews of field performance, and develop and review sales objectives.

I have 15 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager. I also worked in Dealerships for five years, doing everything from Sales, to Funding, to Finance and General Management. When I finished college, I intended to become a Surgical Technologist, but after working in an operating room for a short period of time, I realized it was not for me. As soon as I found my way into a car Dealership, I knew I had found my calling. I am most passionate about building relationships, whether it be with a Dealer Partner, Credit, Funding, Management, and/or an Area Sales Manager.

Some notable experiences in my role at Flagship as an Area Sales Manager were exceeding Performance Metrics, winning numerous awards for selling the most FDS Products in a territory and winning an Admiral’s Club award. Since becoming Regional Sales Manager of the Northeast Region, I have been able to exceed performance metrics and share in the success of the majority of the Area Sales Managers in my Region reaching over 100 contracts in March.

What I love most about working at Flagship is that they acknowledge and reward hard work. They try their best to promote from within, run promotions to reward reaching metrics, and have the Admiral’s Club to reward Sales top performers. I also love the people I have worked with over the past seven years.

Doing the right thing, to me, is having integrity and doing what you say. I have always loved this quote from Jim Rohn, “If you say something and back it up with your actions, you will provide the ‘proof’ for people who are listening to you, and they will much more willingly follow your lead.”
