Flagship Credit Acceptance, LLC (“Flagship”) restricts access to Private Information. Only those associates who are required to have this information to successfully perform their job duties are provided the means to do so. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Private Information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar companies and in compliance with all applicable state and national laws.

California (loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law License),

South Carolina- lender license;
South Carolina - max rate certificate;
South Carolina - consumer credit license;
South Carolina - consumer pamphlet;
Vermont - lender license;
and Vermont - sales finance license.
Flagship holds Michigan Regulatory Loan License #RL0020187, effective February 9, 2016. This license was issued by the Department of Insurance and Financial Services who can be contacted at an address of 530 W. Allegan Street, 7th Floor, Lansing, MI 48933 or via telephone at (517) 284-8800.
Flagship holds the following licenses in the state of Nevada: Nevada Foreign Collection Agency License # FCA10628, Nevada Foreign Collection Agency License # FCA10629, Nevada Collection Agency Compliance Manager Certificate # CM11254, and Nevada Collection Agency Compliance Manager Certificate # CM11799.
