Retention Criteria Flagship is licensed under the California Financing Law, which generally requires that licensees keep information regarding a loan for at least three years after making the final entry on the loan. Flagship is also subject to numerous state and federal consumer protection and employment laws that have their own record retention requirements. It is Flagship’s intention to retain personal information and sensitive personal information of California residents in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
