Tenure Recognition Program

At Flagship, the potential of our associates is our passion. To recognize the anniversaries of our dedicated team members, each associate who has been with the Company for one year or longer is awarded a designated number of points, based on their work anniversary, that can either be saved or redeemed for an item of their choosing. Associates can browse available item options via an online catalog, with a variety of options, including our Flagship-branded items.


Give Back to the Community – Volunteer Time Off Program

In an effort to positively impact local communities and enrich the lives of our team members, Flagship offers full-time associates the opportunity to participate in its “Give Back to the Community” program. Each Flagship team member can donate up to 16 hours, or two full days, of volunteer time to an organization we partner with.
