Flagship's Funding department is chiefly responsible for details related to the funding packages. Before any loan is funded, it is the responsibility of the respective Funding Analyst to:

As the Funding and Credit Departments work in tandem with their respective dealerships, it’s vital their coverage be aligned with one another under the same Sales Territories. This alignment allows the Analyst to gain an understanding of any unique requirements or situations that may impact his or her covered dealerships.

Fair Lending Policy

Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC ("Flagship") is committed to maintaining a culture of fair lending throughout the organization. It applies across all of Flagship's credit operations, including marketing, underwriting, origination, processing, servicing, collection, loss mitigation, and payoff activities, and it also applies to all personnel who work for or on behalf of Flagship, whether as associates, officers, members of the Board of Directors, agents, representatives or service providers.
