Prior to June 2023:
- If Flagship received payments on or before the due date, we would apply funds first to satisfy installments due. At that time, if there were amounts left over, they were applied to cover late charges, NSF fees and similar fees on the account.
- If Flagship received payments after the due date, we would apply funds first to satisfy installments due, then to the next scheduled installment before satisfying fees.
Effective in approximately January to March 2025, Flagship will resume applying payments to fees in the same way it did prior to June 2023, as described above. Interest does not accrue on fees.
ACI Speedpay
Payments can be accepted via Speedpay, an ACI Worldwide company. Please note accepted credit cards include Mastercard, VISA, Accel, Pulse and Star.
