Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is posting the following regulatory licenses as required by state law or regulations:

Alabama,
California (Loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license),
Oregon
South Carolina- lender license;
South Carolina - max rate certificate;
South Carolina - consumer credit license;
South Carolina - consumer pamphlet;
Vermont - lender license;
and Vermont - sales finance license.

Flagship holds Michigan Regulatory Loan License #RL0020187, effective February 9, 2016. This license was issued by the Department of Insurance and Financial Services who can be contacted at 530 W.
