Jessica Deweerdt began her career with Flagship in June 2014 in a Sales/Funder hybrid role at CarFinance.com LLC, Flagship’s sister Company. With the support and training from team members, management, and the Company, she was able to set a stable career path from the beginning, working within all departments of Originations/Operations and eventually Client Success under the Business Development department. Through this experience, Jessica became adept in the areas of compliance and legal aspects of Originations, System Analysis, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing, and Documentation Management.
In 2018, Jessica’s family chose to make a trans-Pacific move in support of her spouse’s military service. At the time, she was fully expecting to have to resign from her position with the Company. However, after many internal discussions, and a great deal of planning and assessments, Flagship gave her the chance to stay with the Company. When the CarFinance entity ceased operations, Jessica made the move to the Flagship side of business and became the Hawaii Area Sales Manager. Jessica grew the market, achieving significant increases in funding dealers, and deals funded per store.
Her family is planning an imminent move back to the continental Unites States, and as she prepared for the change, Jessica applied for a new role within the Company. Her continued success and unique exposure to many areas of the business made her a great candidate. Jessica is now working in the Office of Strategic Management as Flagship’s Strategy Execution Process Manager.
